Wonderful Trip... from the exciting n very bumpy Jeep ride, to quietly waiting as the sunrise unfolded as we ate breakfast n sipped on coffee. Our guide/driver , Kati, was knowledgeable, super friendly and a master at the photo shoot. Sadly that one dam cloud got in tne way of a perfect Sunrise but just maybe that's what made it perfect!! Our Car driver, Yudiana, went the extra mile for beautiful lookouts over the Valley n waited as we went to the Hot Spring Pools but go early as it's quiet then n got VERY busy by the time we left to the fabulous Luwak coffee plantation tasting... gosh there were about 12 different coffee n tea tasting VERY HAPPY DAY HAD BY ALL THANK YOU KATI n YUDIANA

Eddy managed our transfer from our hotel in Ubud to Mount Batur and took us to the Luwak Coffee experience as well. He was very kind and helpful all way long making the experience even special. Suryadi, our jeep driver was the best. He knew all the great spots for photoshooting and made a lot of photos to remember this amazing experience. The lava field after the sunrise was out of this world... we were amazed!! This was the best choice and if we came to Bali again, we would book this trip one more time! Thanks for Eddy and Suryadi!

Everything was great, we had an amazing experience during this whole day trip. Our driver Kinyong tooks us exactly on time, he was kind and very helpful. Thanks to him was everything clear from start which makes our trip a great experience. Everything was managed very well from the start. Rout by jeep drive was unforgattable experience also a sunrise at a Mount Batur was breathtaking moment. Than we had a restful time in a spa and in the coffe plantage. I would highly reccomend this experience for anybody. Thank you!

We had the absolute best experience and could not be happier with the day. From the start our driver Aguss arrived on time and got us ready to start our trek. We then had a brilliant guide, Jesen, who was so patient, knowledgeable and kind. The view was worth ever penny. After our hike Aguss also kindly took us round to the hot spring and coffee tasting. It was a 10/10 day!

The driver Kinyong pick us up right on time in the middle of the night. We got out of luck and couldn't see the sunrise because it was too cloudy. We then decided to quickly go down and head earlier to the hot springs. Our driver let us enjoy the hot springs more than enough before bringing us to the coffee plantation where we had the chance to relax and taste several teas and coffees. It was a great day !!

Driver overslept (pick up was at 2.30 AM). I requested Headout a refund, even sent screenshots of the conversation with operator were they confirmed the issue, it has been 6 days and they have not solved the issue
