We did the private jeep tour with the hot springs, lava camp and coffee taste with Derik and it was amazing! Derik was simply exceptional guide and photographer! Everything was well organized, we receive refreshments, the Luwak coffee tasting was very good, the driver pick up Depa was also quite, smooth and friendly and the tour guide Derik with his photos definitely made the difference! We really recommend to get the tour, it totally worthy to wake up early, our time and our money. For us it is a must-do!

The experience was great, it started with a goos communication with my driver Andi and a punctual pick up, all the time he was on time and really nice company. The hike with my guide Agus was amazing, even though it was not my best day in the mountains he keep the group together, wait for me and gave me time to settle down and continue. The hot springs after hike was more than amazing, help to relax all the body with a nice view and finishing the day with one of the best coffee plantation. Andi and Agus perfect team!

Myself and my partner had a fantastic trip to Mount Batur with our very friendly drivers Wi and Bayu. From start to finish they were accommodating, welcoming and very knowledgeable. We chose to get a jeep ride instead of hiking, so much easier! We love our pictures and think Wi should take up a job as a photographer! Thank you guys so much, would definitely recommend if you’re planning on visiting Mount Batur.

Watching the sunrise on Mount Batur was a really wonderful experience. But you should be aware that it gets absolutely packed... the hot springs were amazing! The best part was Gede, our driver—he told us a lot about Bali and its culture and customs. He definitely deserves 10 stars.

Our guide Wilhelm was a real hoot! Very knowledgeable about cars, the mountains and great at taking pictures! Felt very comfortable riding in a jeep with him! The lava fields are a very different experience and the hot springs were a wonderful way to finish off the morning! The tour was amazing. We had a great time in the jeep. Our guide Aguss was very nice. Explained everything about the region and also took amazing photos of our. Pick up and drop off service was very good. Our Driver Aguss Badeng also made our ride very comfortable.

The hike is long: 1.5 hours one-way. And it gets chilly – the summit temperature ranges between 8° to 15° C
