SoloVerified bookingLast week5/5Montserrat is beautiful, imposing, and has spectacular views. It's a monastery, so it's small. The sanctuary of the Black Madonna (La Moreneta) is tiny, and you have to move through very quickly because there is always a line. The choir has its magic. The QR-code audio guide wouldn't download, so the tourist info staff gave me a physical one; it was pretty dated, and they didn't explain how to use it very well.TTatiana P
CoupleVerified bookingLast week5/5The driver was very prompt and courteous. Our train was late so he accommodated that by still giving us the required amount of time at Montserrat which we did as a deviation from Barcelona to Tarragona. The trip is well worth it and the company having it as an available option ..EEdgar C
SoloVerified booking6 days ago5/5We are very grateful to Mark; he was attentive and helpful. He was very kind to show care and respect by taking the time to speak Spanish, even though the Spanish-speaking group was very small. A true professional—you can tell he loves his job.BBoffa E
GroupVerified booking3 weeks ago3/5Nothing negative to report about the venue and its grounds. In my opinion, it is a serious issue that the audio guide does not offer Italian as an option. Personally, I listened to it in French, which I know quite well. My friends who were with me, all young at heart between 76 and 81 years old, did not use the audio guide for this reason. Personally, I had some difficulty downloading the tickets from the app.AAndreas S
