The monastery is magnificent, and booking through Headout was super convenient for skipping the long ticket desk line. However, the description on the app needs to be clearer: the ticket only covers visits to the courtyards and the convent's cloister. To see the church with Vasco da Gama's tomb, which is free to enter, there is no dedicated passage from the inside. You are forced to go back outside and join a second, mixed line with everyone else, which is absurd for someone who has already paid for a ticket. A useful service, but the info page should be updated.

A must-visit if you are traveling to Lisbon. The castle is gorgeous, full of charm, and offers spectacular views of the entire city and the Tagus River. Walking along its ramparts and discovering all its hidden spots is an incredible experience. It's well worth taking your time, enjoying the gardens, and taking in Lisbon from above. Highly recommended!

This was my first time booking with Headout. This was really easy and they did a good job providing email notifications so it was easy to find my tickets. It made the line smooth and reasonable tickets. The Jerónimo Monastery itself was breathtaking. Did not like the panhandlers outside but not the establishment's fault. The architecture was gorgeous and stunning and such a great experience. So many photo opportunities to capture the natural beauty. I would have loved to see more signage for people like me that did the self guided tour but otherwise had a great time. Would definitely use Headout again for future tickets.

Registration was easy, but at the time of payment there was a glitch, as if the payment hadn't gone through. We checked our bank account and nothing indicated a payment. We tried again and succeeded. But then, to our surprise, we received 4 vouchers. So we paid twice. I submitted a complaint, but didn't know how to answer all the questions. I was only able to open everything on the day of the visit.

Instructions before the visit were detailed and helpful. Arrival 30 minutes ahead if entry-time was perfect. Landmark is outstanding, remarkable artwork in stone, not too many people around, you could always go next to the object or part you wanted to visit. Most impressive for me we're the cloister and the chapter house, what wonderful arches! Mostly recommended for architecture lovers!

Amazing cloisters and church. The lien can vary wildly and we were glad we bought the tickets in advance as they were sold out. The church portion of the tour is free and a separate line and worth a visit.
