Serenity and not so crowded inside that we couldn't pause for reflection. With timed entry seems l think lines outside could be shorter. Many of your visitors struggle standing for an hour in the sun. Cover the walkway and add a few benches alonvbthe way.

The truth is that first it is poorly organized, we queued for half an hour and it turns out that the queue was only for groups and there was no sign, then we had to do almost two hours more to get in and you only see the atrium, the refectory and another room, not much for the price and the queue.

Superb cloister. There weren't many people in the cloister at any one time, making for a pleasant visit. On the other hand, we had a ticket for 9:30 but from 9:30 to 10:30 the groups went before the individuals. So we waited until 10:45.

The monastery was Amazing but, having purchased tickets online, for a certain time, I expected not to have to queue for miles, but we had to do It.

I want the old fashioned headphones for the audio. My cell service is limited so accessing it via download was frustrating. Also, we bought the tickets way in advance and yet we still had to wait outside for over an hour. Then we had to wait in a separate line to access the church. It was very exhausting and frustrating.
