I booked our cruise the day before. I went with my parents and it was absolutely amazing. We have already walked by the cute streets by the canals but the experience by cruise was something special. The cruise itself was very enjoyable. However, I had booked a ticket for a 10h00 cruise and, when I arrived, I was told it had been cancelled and that I had to go somewhere else to catch a boat at 10h15. Despite having my previously contacted me via WhatsApp & e-mail, I never received any message either before or after the cruise informing me of the time change or apologising for any inconvenience.
