    What our guests say

I went on this desert tour with my partner and honestly, it was even better than I hoped. Super smooth pickup from our riad and the drive was LONG but didn’t feel boring at all, guides kept cracking jokes and telling us stories (most about camels, lol). Stopped for mint tea in a tiny village—def worth trying, wayyy sweeter than I make it at home. The camel ride was my highlight, though it’s kinda bumpy so hang on tight! Night under the stars was pure MAGIC and the tent actually had a real bed, which I didn’t expect. Bring a scarf, the wind gets wild. Would absolutely do it again!

If you’re thinking about it, JUST BOOK. We loved every minute! I went w/ my sister and we met so many cool ppl, ended up dancing round a bonfire with a group from Brazil. Our guide, Brahim, was hilarious and kept us entertained all the way (he even taught us some Berber words). Camel ride was a bit scary at first but those animals know what they’re doing. Bring snacks for the drive, it’s looong. Wouldn’t change a thing.

Went solo, joined a group of 9 ppl. Guides were cool, made everyone feel included. The van ride is loooong, fair warning, but scenery changes a lot. Stopped at a kasbah and a random fossil place (kinda a sales pitch tbh). Food was ok, not special but filling. Liked the desert camp, tents were cozy but the shower was just a trickle. Night sky = EPIC! Would give 5 stars if not for the lunch stops being a bit pricey.

Travelled with my family (kids are 8 & 11). Guides were patient with the kids, which is HUGE. Camel rides made them giggle nonstop, and they even let my son try sandboarding (he fell a lot, lol). Food was yummy, especially the breakfast pancakes. Bring a torch for night walks to the bathroom. The stars at night—wow, I’ve never seen anything like it.

Mixed feelings tbh. The desert sunset was beautiful and the guides are super friendly. But the van AC barely worked and I felt sooo sweaty. Also, the first lunch stop was a bit of a tourist trap (25 euro for tagine??). Still, camping in the dunes was peaceful and I did love the drumming in the evening.
