This has been our first time to use the sky bus in all our thirty years living in Melbourne. We learned from our adult children who just catches the bus to the airport all the time. Having pre-booked ticket makes it a breeze. I just hopped on, popped my luggage in the rack and headed upstairs for a pleasant ride to the airport. It's always a nice opportunity for downtime, especially with a good audiobook. The bus ride is smooth and comfortable.
