Obviously you have to love the views.. It's why we went. Comfortable capsule.. Informative.. Cool and friendly helpful staff. The introductory time capsule was way beyond me... And not something I enjoy ....having to qr code my way around. Sometimes things are made too complex... And fiddly. I don't want to live through my phone.. Just put up a notice. It's all supposed simplicity for the provider... But the provider needs to give much more explanation on what to do and why with the qr code. And downloading the app was not necessary for the ride on the flyer.

Gardens by the Bay was amazing. Especially the Jurassic Park experience - absolutely mind blowing!! Marina Bay Sands observation deck was ok but the hotel was spectacular - now ticked ff our bucket list. Will definitely go back to Gardens by the Bay as we didn't have enough time during our stay to visit all areas of the gardens

We were pre booked for 1:00pm but on arrival there was a storm warning so we couldn't go up. One hour later we were able to go up. The initial view was amazing we were able to identify our hotel and the stand we sat in for the F1. The track view made much more sense from way up high. What a great asset for Singapore

Singapore Flyer was amazing. We went in at 9:15 p.m. and only a few people booked for this adventure. We were in total 6 people in the cabin, which can carry 28 people. Outlook on Singapore was great.

So awesome to see all the attractions! Well worth seeing however we paid for the supertree observatory & didn't realise the times were from 9.00am to 4pm & we missed out on that experience. So for future customers, when booking note the opening & closing times on the ticket.

Pregnant women are allowed to experience the Singapore Flyer. However, expecting mothers in the advanced stages of pregnancy are advised to have someone accompany them when boarding the Singapore Flyer.

Singapore Flyer with Time Capsule

Children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by a paying adult at all times.

Each rotation on the Singapore Flyer takes approximately 30 mins.

Singapore Flyer will suspend its flights when the lightning alert is activated.

All passengers and their hand baggage will be scanned before boarding on Level 2, which is the passengers-only level.

The Singapore Flyer will be closed during Formula 1 from Sep 20 to Sep 22, 2024

Marina Bay Sands SkyPark Observation Deck

The observation deck will be closed for the full day on September 20, 2024 for a private event and will close early (last entry at 4pm) on September 22, 2024.

The Skypark Observation Deck will close at 9pm (8:30pm final entry) for Silent Disco Full Moon Parties on the following dates: September 14, October 12, November 16, and December 14, 2024.

Children under the age of 13 years must be accompanied by an adult (above the age of 18 years) at all times.

All guests may be subject to a search, including bags, clothes, and other possessions when entering SkyPark Observation Deck.

Sands SkyPark is an unsheltered area and subject to inclement weather. Should extreme rain or lightning occur, it may be closed temporarily for the safety of the guests.
