In 2023, we bought tickets to Warner Park in Madrid through Headout. Right before our visit, we got sick and couldn’t go. We contacted Headout, and without any hassle, they exchanged our tickets for a credit in the same amount we had spent.
Three years went by without us using it, and yesterday we were finally able to redeem that credit for new tickets to the Madrid Amusement Park. The entire process was simple and hassle-free, despite the time that had passed.
