Ticketing experience very slick using the app and QR code. Easy entry and we were guided to the various sections in both Spanish and English. Staff very helpful. It was great to view so many different Spanish artists not previously none to me. Some stunning art works and would like to visit again.

Entry was quicjk and easy with the digital tickets. Plan on spending a few hours there as tgere is so much to see. The staff was very helpful as the Museum has a maze likef flow to it.

The museum is layed out perfertly, iit allowed one to view great art along a timeline that made scense. The benches were you could sit and ponder on the art were most welcomed. If your ever in Madrid, this is a must see!

The guide was 15 minutes late, which was annoying. The tour through the museum and the selection of exhibits were okay. The explanations were often good but not very in-depth. The guide was very restless and impulsive rather than enthusiastic. (ADHD?) Constantly rattling off our names was annoying. We took the elevator because the stairs were too difficult (just one floor!). Asking if the Americans needed to sit down and if we were hungry yet. Toward the end, repeatedly saying that the tour was about to end. The guide acted as if it were a mandatory routine, even though we had voluntarily chosen to take the tour. So the intellectual content could definitely be much more substantial. That’s the biggest area for improvement.
