The Tour guide, Nacho, was very knowledgable and gave good/interesting information about the art. He was very thoughtful to my husband who had injured his knee. He told him where the elevator was so he didn't have to always take the stairs. I suggest taking an early tour so you have time to see everything in the museum after the guided tour is over.

Very well organized, smooth crowd flow, and spacious rooms that make it easy to admire the artworks. A wonderful experience discovering these iconic painters. One small note: the signage is easy to follow on levels 0 and 1, but hard to find and understand on level 2. Best regards

What can I say? I went with someone who didn't want to come and then didn't want to leave. Art. Beautiful. Impressive, a unique experience that must be lived. It was well worth the price, the ticket was easy to get, and it saved us an hour of waiting in line.

Even though the schedule and times weren't active on the official Prado Museum website yet, it was great to be able to select and book my preferred date and time in advance to match my travel dates. As someone who likes planning their itinerary ahead of time, being able to secure the date and time of the visit beforehand was extremely convenient, and it saved me the hassle of having to check for availability on-site during my trip.

How easy it was to get in. The audio guide could be improved; it goes too fast in some areas and needs more instructions. It does help you walk through the museum and lets you delve deeper into the origin of the paintings.

Guide was very knowledgeable. Tour time was delayed by 1 hour, but less than 24 hrs notification was given disrupting my schedule. Also the earphones were low quality making it difficult to hear some of the explanations. It would help if guide spoke directly into the mic instead of pinning on her shirt. This would minimize background noise and also avoid changes in sound quality caused by the natural movement of the head while speaking.
