The Prado was magnificent. No excess queues, well signposted and easy to navigate. My only reason for giving a 4 was the Headout company we used to book tickets added more hurdles than needs be. The tickets wouldn't download in time. I had to contact customer services a few times and then had to download their App whilst off WiFi. Wouldn't use them again unless had plenty of time before the scheduled event

Loved being able to 'skip the line' of course. Our guide was charming and full of character. She led us to about 14 of the more famous/noteworthy artworks in the Prado and had plenty to tell us about each. She was able to answer all of our questions and had a great sense of humour too!

Everything was well organized. We got in before our selected time and didn't have any problems. The Exhibition and the museum were perfect. We had a little caffe break in the museum caffé and we went to the museum shop . Definitely recommend.
