A magnificent sight, very opulent. Unfortunately, the audio guides didn't work. When we booked through Headout, we were supposed to listen to the audio via our cell phones using our own headphones. There were three of us, so we ended up buying new audio guides on site. The palace is truly worth seeing and a must-visit in Madrid

No problems getting in. There was a dedicated line for online reservations, and the wait time was minimal even though it was almost peak hours! The Royal Palace is absolutely stunning—both the rooms and the armory. Highly recommended

It definitely helped having the tickets ahead of time. It would be nice if the audio tour available via the app was identical to or more similar to the one available for purchase at the location. It felt like to tour route was overcrowded, and it was challenging to appreciate all of the detail of the spaces. The palace itself it beautiful, ornate and we saw a lot.

I think I paid a lot of money for this ticket but was never given instructions for the audio tour so I had to pay extra at the venue to buy the official audio tour. Save your money and stand in the line...it wasnt long.
