Everything! The workers were courteous and helpful. The instruction guide were useful. The exhibits were fantastic! The stores had sufficient inventory. Thank you so very much!

I didn't realize that I was being charged more money than if I'd purchased directly from the museum. The museum was poorly signed and I was redirected by museum staff 3 times in order to get an audio device.

In view of the queue, the fast-track tickets were a very good choice. The throne room is very impressive due to its rich furnishings.
