Those who assisted us with handicapped access were very kind and considerate, anticipatting our needs before we even knew we would have them. You have a very imprressive palace and we have seen many, but the people were the most impressive!

Easy to get in. However, we were directed to the second floor, where we left our bag in the checkroom. At the end of the visit on the ground floor, you have to look for the cloakroom and cross a good part of the museum with your bag to get to the store... Find the error

The Prado Museum is highly recommended, yes, in one day you can't see the whole museum but you can see the most important paintings of the history.
