Getting started
Start your self-guided tour of the Prado Museum in front of the Goya statue at the Prado Museum, after which you can visit the Reina Sofia and the Thyssen-Bornemisza Museums. With your thirst for museums quenched, you can go on the panoramic bus tour on a fresh day, getting off the bus at any stop you’d like.

A self-guided tour of all three museums that house paintings by some of the best European artists like Goya, Velázquez, Picasso, Van Gogh, El Greco, and more. On the bus tour, you get to explore attractions like the Palacio de Cibeles, Plaza de España, Temple Debod, and more, depending on which stop you choose to get off at.

What to bring
- Visitors under the age of 14 must always be accompanied by an adult. Anyone between the ages of 14 and 18 who wants to visit the museums without an adult must present their national ID.
- Carry ample cash, especially if you want to dine or buy yourself souvenirs.
- A pair of comfortable shoes is a must as both experiences may involve a considerable amount of walking.
What’s not allowed
Paseo del Arte 3 Museum Pass
- Food and drinks are prohibited inside the museum. However, there are several dining options nearby.
- Photography and videography are strictly prohibited inside the museum.
- Flash photography, tripods, and selfie sticks are not allowed inside the museum. Photography is strictly prohibited in area 206 (Guernica) of the Reina Sofia Museum.
- Pets are not allowed at the museum.
- Backpacks larger than 30cm x 30cm are not allowed at the Thyssen Bornemisza Museum. You can drop them off at the bag deposit facility by showing your ticket.

- All buses on the tour are wheelchair accessible.
Paseo del Arte 3 Museum Pass
- All three museums are accessible to wheelchair users or individuals with reduced mobility.
- The auditorium and counters at the Prado Museum are also equipped with hearing loops.
- The Prado museum also offers wheelchairs and baby seats on loan for free.
- You’ll find municipal parking spaces for those with disabilities on the Ruiz de Alarcón and Moreto streets near the Prado Museum.
- Guide dogs are welcome at all three museums, subject to presenting the relevant documentation.
- You can also use prams, wheelchairs, and electric scooters free of charge at the Thyssen Bornemisza Museum.

Madrid Panoramic Bus Tour
- Passengers will be informed through notices at bus stops if the tour happens to be cancelled due to traffic interruptions.
- Family tickets are only available if you choose the 1-day bus tour.
Paseo del Arte 3 Museum Pass
- Admission at the Prado Museum is free from Monday to Saturday between 6pm and 8pm and on Sundays and holidays from 5pm to 7pm.
- Admission at the Reina Sofia Museum is free on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday between 7pm and 9pm.
- Entry to the Thyssen Bornemisza Museum is free on Mondays, and you can collect your free tickets at the venue.
- All entrances at the Prado Museum have a free service to deposit outerwear and personal items you can’t carry inside, albeit with limited capacity.

- Some sections of the three museums may be subject to closures at the authorities’ discretion.
- The Reina Sofia Museum remains closed on Tuesdays.

Madrid City Tour 1 or 2 Hop-On Hop-Off Bus Tour
Display either a mobile or printed voucher and hop on to the bus from any stop on the route. The driver will exchange it for the bus ticket.
