The two routes give good picture of old and new Madrid. Also good the number of transfer points between the two routes. Too bad that on route 2 the route was not extended a little further so that the leaning towers of the bank could be seen. Also, sometimes the buses were too full to fit in. Waiting for the next one soon takes too long in the heat.

The best way to get an overview of the city and see what you might want to see a second time. On the other hand, as already mentioned elsewhere, the marking of the boarding stations could be improved.

Wonderful museum with many masterpieces. It does take a few tours to do justice to all the pieces worth seeing. In addition, the Prado staff is extremely friendly and helpful in finding your way around (this is in great contrast to the attitude of the (hospitality) staff at Reina Sofia). We had a three in one ticket (Prado, Reina and Thyssen). In itself, we got value for money. Nevertheless, we appeared to be insufficiently prepared. There appeared to be different opening hours (one of the three closed early on Sunday) and there appear to be days when admission is completely free. That is a point for next time.

Seats were comfortable. However, the audio didn't work so well, and there were big gaps between information which was disappointing

El equipo del call center tardan siglos en contestar; deberían de mejorar su sistema y respuestas. Nota: un cero. El equiyde guía y conductor: Catarina y Oscar: un Diez! Impecable, amables, atentos, excelentes profesionales.
