A great way to skip the lines, which are absolutely crazy, especially during long weekends and holidays. The museum staff are poorly informed and don’t know that guided tours in Italian are available—it’s a shame I only found out after the tour, directly from a young woman who works as an Italian tour guide.

Everything went very smoothly. Getting into the museums was quick and easy. However, you have to download the app to access your ticket. For those who prefer to print it out, this isn’t very convenient. But it’s the cheapest option I found for visiting the Prado, Reina Sofía, and Thyssen museums.

Convenient and very easy to use, even when exchanging the e-ticket for a paper ticket—it saved me from having to wait. I highly recommend it. Disappointed that photography is prohibited at the Prado Museum, even though it’s allowed at the Reina Sofía and Thyssen museums.

Easy to book the museum tickets and hassle-free museum entrance with the online voucher. Suggestion: doing 3 museums in one day is a little too much. Would have been great if we could spread the museum visits over 2 days.

Access to the permanent collection is free on Mondays from 12pm to 4pm, and on Saturdays from 9pm to 11pm.
