• Due to venue restrictions, pets cannot tag along for this experience.

London Eye

• Tripods and hot foods are not allowed on this experience.

• Children under the age of 15 years must be accompanied by adults.

• Children under the age of 2 years can go for free but require a ticket to enter.

Shrek's Adventure

• Food & beverages are not allowed on this experience.

• Buggy and pushchairs are also not allowed on this experience, however there is a free buggy park at the venue.

• Photography is strictly prohibited at the venue.

London Dungeon

• Camera, video recording equipment, smoking, vaping, and food & beverages are not allowed on this experience.

• Photography is strictly prohibited at the venue.

• Safety is a priority so this experience is restricted for guests under the age of 5 years.

• The recommended minimum age is 6. Guests under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.

• The 4D magic bus isn’t suitable for wheelchair users and guests with epilepsy, motion sickness, heart conditions, pacemakers, asthma, or other chronic illnesses.

London Dungeon

• The recommended minimum age for a child is 12yrs. Guests under 16yrs of age must be accompanied by an adult.
