The experiences were good. The frameless experience was ruined by parents, who sat on their phones, completely uninterested in the experience themselves, and who let their children run around the floor area screaming the entire time. Kind of ruined the mood for others. The security at the experience did speak to the parents and ask them to calm their children but their request was completely ignored. Selfish parents ruined experience for others. I think security should have been able to do more but understand it's a difficult situation, but they maybe need to prioritise other customers who have paid to visit also.

Firts of all, i really enjoyed how easy was to puchase the tickets and how polite and welcoming the staff was. Second of all, i found myself completely emerged in all of the artist's works. Could get in a little earlier than the hour stated, not that many people I the morning. You had handy lockers where you could store your extra stuff. Beautiful exhibition!
