• Personal backpacks and handbags are not allowed during the experience; these must be stored in the provided lockers.

• Strollers and baby carriers are not permitted inside the experience.

• Children under 10 years old are not allowed; children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

• Flash photography, tripods, and professional filming equipment are strictly prohibited.

• Alcohol, dangerous items, firearms, knives, and any item that could be used to inflict harm are not allowed on the premises.

• Only personal photos and videos are permitted; press photography requires prior authorization.

• Pets are not permitted; only service dogs are allowed, and only for a seated experience.
