Some tips to plan your trip to Krka national park. Plan for 90-120 minutes to get there from Trogir/Split area. Buy a picnic lunch en route as some lunch facilities but limited on site. We arrived by car to Lozovac entrance 11-1115 am and bought the 4 hr boat trip (20eur) departing at 12 noon which includes 30 stop at Visovac island ( church and monastery) and also includes an 80-90 min stop at Rossi Slap ie a enough time to do the green walk around small falls there. 800-1200m walk then at 4-530pm walked the board walk near Lozovac entrance to see the very big falls at Stradinslo Bul which was a highlight washed down with a 4 eur 2 scoop ice cream. 10 minute bus back to the car park (1km) and away around 6pm.

We purchased the tickets to leave from Skradin at 12 but we arrived earlier and asked the workers at the boarding place if we could take the 11AM boat to Skradinski Buk and there was no issue - they let us board and we could spend more time there. This was my fifth visit I think and it was as beautiful as ever. We walked back along the water to Skradin, spent some time at the beachand then went to Roški Slap by car. Parking there was easier than I expected which was pleasant. We had some coffee and beer at the pub at Roški Slap and then walked up the stairs to see the Ozidjana cave. Day well spent!

Krka - what a place! Stunning is an understatement! From the lovely boat ride to the park, to the park itself, such a perfect day trip! Everything clean and well organised and easy to book. On the boat you get 360° views of the gorgeous river and surroundings. Then once you get to the park there are plenty of places to eat and sit down before or after you take on the walk around the park. The park itself is a lovely round trip following the paths and boardwalk. This place is just ideallic and if I ever get the opportunity to return, I wouldn't hesitate to book again!

The park is fine but you have to keep in mind that with the basic ticket, 40 euros, you only have access to some waterfalls and a walk for a circuit of 1 hour and a half / 2 hours, both the waterfall and the route are pretty good, but if you want to see more waterfalls or islands have to pay boat rides that go to part, if your idea is to spend a morning or afternoon, is perfect, we did the access by boat, which is included with the ticket.

Krka National Park is pure magic: cascading waterfalls, emerald pools, and boardwalks that feel like walking through a living fairytale. Nature and history meet here in perfect harmony, from rushing streams to centuries-old monasteries. The only pity is that you can’t swim in those crystal-clear waters anymore — they look so inviting on a hot day. Still, the park remains a masterpiece of nature, worth every step and every gaze.

It's a great place. I really liked it, especially when it's not crowded. It's a true delight to behold nature, with magnificent views and countless spots for photos and videos. But, again, only when there aren't many visitors. When tour buses arrive in groups of 5-7, the park is simply jam-packed and jammed with people everywhere. I'm personally very pleased and consider my bus to be magnificent.

Apart from the glasses stolen at the entrance, which I suspect was done by staff, everything was wonderful 😍😍

The natural attractions of the waterfalls made it an exceptional experience. The park should provide writtenmap with information upon entrance. The signage was poor.. The crowds were manageable however the weather was terribly windy and cold the ferry returning to the parking lot was late by a half an hour, and we had to stand in the freezing cold wind waiting for over one hour

We visited the Krka National Park in October 2025. We thouroughly enjoyed the visit. The trails were great with plenty of added information spaces. The waterfall and water ways were beautiful and we enjoyed visiting the town afterwards. It only took 2-3 hours to walk through it all at a very leisurely pace. Highly recommended to go visit. We took the boat from skradin and arrived on skadinski bus beautiful and moreover not too crowded. Then we took the boat to roski slap . We were a little disappointed, but we knew that in October, and the view from the top of the cave is magnificent. It's worth the 600 steps.
