The support unit confirmed that my ticket allowed me to enter as a non-EEA citizen. Once there, I was surprised to find that the ticket was actually reserved for EEA citizens. I therefore had to pay an additional €15 at the museum ticket office.

There is over 10 staff at the Mona Lisa, no order for a proper viewing. People stand there and don't move and a simple line with people given a minute per 20 to view and move would have been great than the shambles I witnessed. Paying alot of money for poor organisation by the Louvre is a shocker
