My ticket wasn’t accepted at the entrance; I had to buy new tickets, and Headout isn’t willing to refund the cost for a service that wasn’t provided! On top of that, you have to go through a chatbot to discuss the incident, and it just keeps giving the same answers over and over. That’s outrageous!
