The experiences were good. The frameless experience was ruined by parents, who sat on their phones, completely uninterested in the experience themselves, and who let their children run around the floor area screaming the entire time. Kind of ruined the mood for others. The security at the experience did speak to the parents and ask them to calm their children but their request was completely ignored. Selfish parents ruined experience for others. I think security should have been able to do more but understand it's a difficult situation, but they maybe need to prioritise other customers who have paid to visit also.

It was simply super. Me and family really enjoyed. The staff were very cooperaive and smiling. We took london eye first then River cruise and then tower of london. This is the best order. Could get in a little earlier than the hour stated, not that many people I the morning. You had handy lockers where you could store your extra stuff. Beautiful exhibition!

We had to queue but it didn't take long and once we were on the wheel it was brilliant a really hot day but air con and fabulous views then we headed for sealife and we really enjoyed it especially the penguins!! My favourite ❤️
