I was pleasantly impressed by everything. The staff was courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. The stadium is spectacular, and being able to go down to the field is the best part. The tour is well-designed, featuring scale models of both the old and new stadiums. I really appreciated the chance to learn about both the club’s history and the most significant events that have taken place around the world. Greetings to everyone!!! This is a self-guided tour, so you can tailor it to your interests and the time you have available. The museum is huge and, unfortunately, poorly signposted; in fact, it took me quite a while to find the entrance after visiting the stadium.

The entire tour was well-planned and provided fascinating insights. It was really easy to talk to the staff about soccer. I highly recommend the tour. I didn't find the museum all that interesting.

You can walk through the whole stadium, they give you a team's scarf, you see all the team's trophies. A very nice stadium with very good view of the pitch from every point of the stands.

I went to the stadium with my son and my family. We really enjoyed the tour; the staff were extremely attentive and friendly. The attractions during the tour are really cool; every area of the stadium is put to good use, and the facility is very well-maintained. Everything is well-signposted, and we were able to “soak up,” in a way, the club’s culture. We really enjoyed seeing the field and the locker room, as well as the immersive experience at the end with the 3D glasses.

Great experience and friendly staff. Zoo is full of animals and the kids loved it. It’s organized and clean with a wide variety of animals. Nice small areas for snacks, pizzas, coffee, cold beer, etc… Areas for improvement are: 1) this doesn’t aspire to be an international zoo. Most signs especially explanatory ones are in Portuguese only. 2) the dolphin show which staff told us is the highlight show was below average compared to the one we saw a few days earlier in Zoomarine. Also, anchor talks in Portuguese only which makes it even more boring to international guests. Recommend to buy tickets in advance online to save the tickets queue.
