GroupVerified bookingJul 20265/5Out tour guide was amazing. Loved the detailed explanation and the places we visited. So worth it. The free times and food were perfect. We had just enough time to try the cuisine, the lemon-cinnamon cookies are so unbelieveable I have been trying to bake them. Our tour guide bought us those 'Long Pillows'. Not only that we also are now friends with our travel partners. It was such an opportunity to make new international friends. My parents don't know English and I had to translate for them. Our guide realised it and took breaks in between speeches for ne to translate properly. Overall; great tour with amazing timeline, vehicle, guide, people and places. Trustworthy website, happy customers. So glad we chose, so sure to choose again. Blessings <3AAlessandro B
GroupVerified bookingJul 20265/5I chose this tour because I wanted to see as many places as possible in a single day, and I was really satisfied. Everything was well organized and stress-free. The place that impressed me the most was Quinta da Regaleira: it’s simply magnificent—it feels like stepping into a fairy tale, with truly unique gardens and nooks. Sintra, Cabo da Roca, and Cascais are also beautiful stops that are definitely worth visiting. If you’re short on time in Lisbon, I recommend this tour because it lets you see so much in just one day.MMaría P
FamilyVerified booking2 weeks ago5/5We had a great time. We went on Wednesday, August 5, and our guide was Iván, a guy from Andalusia—really nice and very attentive, always looking out for the group. We laughed a lot with him, and he told us some really interesting stories the whole way. Honestly, we really enjoyed it. Say hi to the guy from “the Bilbao group.”SSerhat B
SoloVerified bookingJul 20265/5We had an amazing day exploring Sintra, Pena Palace, Cabo da Roca, Cascais and Quinta da Regaleira. The itinerary was very well organized, so we never felt rushed even though we visited many beautiful places in one day. Every stop had enough time to enjoy, take photos and explore on our own. The highlight of the tour was definitely our guide, Robinson. He was incredibly friendly, funny and full of positive energy from the very beginning. He shared lots of interesting stories about Portuguese history and culture, but always in an entertaining way that kept everyone engaged. You could tell he genuinely enjoys what he does, and his enthusiasm made the whole experience even more special. Robinson also made sure everyone felt comfortable, answered every question with a smile and kept the group together without making anything feel stressful. His sense of humor created such a relaxed atmosphere that the bus rides were just as enjoyable as the destinations themselves. The scenery throughout the day was breathtaking. Pena Palace looked like something out of a fairy tale, Quinta da Regaleira was fascinating, Cabo da Roca offered incredible ocean views, and Cascais was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful coastal atmosphere. Overall, this was one of the best day trips I’ve ever taken in Portugal. If you’re considering visiting Sintra and the surrounding area, I highly recommend this tour. And if you’re lucky enough to have Robinson as your guide, you’re going to have an unforgettable day filled with great stories, laughter and wonderful memories. 10/10 experience!BBrian P
CoupleVerified bookingYesterday4/5Firstly, I do not regret going on this tour, and most of the locations are must-see for a trip to Lisbon. This was my second trip to Lisbon and Sintra. As we went in August, it was peak tourist season and extremely busy. Additionally, we were unable to get a quick bus back down from Pena, due to the large volume of other visitors. While the listing mentions all private transportation, this was not. We did wait for some time, but of course this was out of the control of the guides. An important note - the listing mentioning "moderate" walking is definitely underselling how much walking you will have to do on this tour. There are lots of hills and lots of steps, so if you do have mobility constraints please keep that in mind. As far as the stop locations, I think Cascais was not really worth it. Unfortunately, you do not get to visit Cabo Da Roca, just see it from the bus. Perhaps that was due to our delay at Pena, but I did find that to be misleading. All that said, Sintra, Pena, and Quinta da Regaleira are absolutely gorgeous, and this is a great way to see the most, if not too much, on your day trip. I had considered driving to these attractions and I am very glad I did not. Finally, our guides Bruno and Myriam were very knowledgable and had great recommendations for exploring during free times. The radio monitors are an excellent touch so that you can actually hear all the interesting historical facts. I do recommend this tour, but hopefully you are not going during peak season like I was!
