I had already purchased in advance all the tickets needed to reach my final destination, but the trip coincided with an international strike. As a result, I didn't get any refund and was forced to spend the entire night at the airport. I realize that this inconvenience does not depend directly on the company, but is a broader issue affecting the rail sector internationally. However, it would be essential to have an alternative or a "plan B" in similar circumstances: for example, allowing passengers to use the same ticket to board replacement buses, ensuring they can at least reach the central station or the relevant terminal.PPhilippe B
