Great service, but more protection is needed during strikes I use this service regularly and, in general, my experience is always very positive: the trains are extremely comfortable, the service is efficient, the cars are clean and, above all, the connections are fast and punctual. Unfortunately, during my last trip, an unpleasant situation occurred upon arrival at the airport. I had already purchased in advance all the tickets needed to reach my final destination, but the trip coincided with an international strike. As a result, I didn't get any refund and was forced to spend the entire night at the airport. I realize that this inconvenience does not depend directly on the company, but is a broader issue affecting the rail sector internationally. However, it would be essential to have an alternative or a "plan B" in similar circumstances: for example, allowing passengers to use the same ticket to board replacement buses, ensuring they can at least reach the central station or the relevant terminal.

It’s no laughing matter: I arrived at the station to catch the bus, but the conductor made a mistake and wouldn’t let me board. On the next bus, a man approached me, standing just one meter away, speaking in a threatening and arrogant tone. I warned him to back off and told him to leave me alone. I had to tell him that I practice martial arts and if I feel threatened, I’ll defend myself. Other than that, everything’s fine.

Impeccable service: the train was on time, and the cars were clean and comfortable. The direct connection between Fiumicino and Termini is the most convenient and fastest way to reach the center of Rome. Highly recommended
