buying tickets through Headout was easy and cheaper. Headout said to arrive at Legoland at 8AM, which we did only to fiind out that LegoLand does not open until 10AM...so we had 2 hours to entertain two 7 year old boys. Why does Headout reccommend this??? That was the only big negative we had that day...once the park was open and we had a fantastic time.

The website is very easy to navigate and I found what I was looking for right away. Once I got to the park I had no problems scanning my tickets at the entrance. I will definitely be purchasing tickets from Head out again.

Very easy to use. All the information stays in the app and is easy to pull up when entering the park and the aquarium. This was my first time using the app, so, I was a little nervous, but it was easy to set up, buy the tickets and go to Lego land withi it. It's great and I recommend it.

Legoland was amazing and headout tickets wered very easy to use. My family had such a great time and the ride waits were better than most places. There wasn't enough time to see everything but not because of any lines, but because the park has so much to offere and tyhe new ride was great.

We took our 10 year old Granddaughter here on a birthday trip. We had a great time. The rides, while not Disney like are perfect for kids under the age of 12 or so. The staff at Legoland, top to bottom is phenomenal and the Lego structures are over the top amazing.

What to bring

You’ll need a valid photo ID that matches the name on your booking.

Sun protection such as hats, sunglasses, and sunscreen makes the day much more comfortable, especially during the summer.

What’s not allowed

Large bags, outside food and drinks, alcohol, cigarettes, tripods, and sharp objects aren’t permitted inside the park.

Scooters, skateboards, bicycles, and other personal transportation devices aren’t allowed either.

Pets have to stay home, although registered service animals are always welcome.

Accessibility

The park is wheelchair accessible, making it easy for all guests to explore.

Accessible restrooms and facilities are available throughout the resort.
