What's not allowed

• Clothing featuring offensive language or imagery are not allowed.

• Large coolers, glass containers, and any outside food or beverages are not permitted inside the park.

• Firearms, weapons, or items that can cause harm are strictly prohibited.

• Entry or ride participation while under the influence is strictly prohibited and can even lead to expulsion.

• Entering animal habitats without staff authorization is prohibited.

• Commercial photography or videography without prior written consent may not be used.

Accessibility

• Some attractions have health- and safety-based restrictions (e.g., heart, neck, or back concerns).

• Ride guidance and restriction details are provided at Guest Services and at attraction entrances.

• Strollers are available to rent; they must be parked in designated spaces when required.

• Service animals are welcome in most areas, with some limitations around animal habitats and select rides.

• Your tickets are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.

• Visitors under 14 must be accompanied by an adult unless enrolled in a supervised youth program.
