The Lady and the Unicorn

Inside the museum, there's a remarkable collection of six tapestries dating back to the late 15th century. What makes them stand out is that each tapestry is linked to one of our five senses, and the sixth one holds a mysterious message, "À Mon Seul Désir" (To My Only Desire). These tapestries are renowned for their intricate details and deep symbolism. For those who are passionate about Tracy Chevalier's captivating novel "The Lady and the Unicorn," a visit to this museum is nothing short of a sacred journey.

Free entry: The first Sunday of January, February, March, November and December and during European Heritage Days (3rd weekend of September each year).

Entry is free for anyone under the age of 18 years, and for European Union nationals or non-EU residents in France aged between 18 and 25 years (an ID is necessary).

Entry is free for disabled guests with an accompanying adult, jobseekers (on presentation of a certificate less than 6 months old), and holders of a valid education pass.
