It was a very organized tour. We loved our tour guy. He was very knowledgeable and made several jokes. The David was amazing but very crowded. It went by fast.

I arrived slightly late for our appointed time, but you staff rang me and held a place for me which was greatly appreciated. The statue of David was amazing, I stood in front of it thinking how did Michelangelo produce this 500 years ago. Highlight of my year so far.

This time (since we’d used Headout for other tours that were a disaster) everything went smoothly!! The guide, Anastasia, spoke the language very well; her explanations were clear and precise, all delivered with a touch of humor. The tour was truly incredible, both in content and presentation. The buildings were magnificent to see, and the guide did a great job. We had headphones available to hear her clearly, and we could tell she was a true professional. I highly recommend this tour: the Duomo, the Duomo dome, the museum, the bell tower, the baptistery, and the crypt.

A wonderful experience... from the convenience of using digital tickets to the audio guide right on your phone... The Leaning Tower of Pisa, with its breathtaking view from the top and its steps sloping at a 4-degree angle... it’s definitely worth the climb! The Camposanto and the Baptistery are truly impressive, steeped in history.

Quick entry without waiting in line. Separate rooms to prevent overcrowding. Sculptures on one side and paintings on the other. Views of the city through the windows, as well as of the river, with a spectacular view of the Ponte Vecchio.

The room dedicated to Botticelli exceeds all expectations. The thrill of seeing in person what I used to look at in school books is indescribable.

The guide was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. I have learned a lot about the history through the paintings . As the gallery has got a lots of paintings I would recommend to spend more time in the gallery as the guided tour last only 1.5 hours
