Easy to use. I'm 75 and not techy savvy. It was perfect for me. It was my first time to visit Italy and I wanted to have the tickets of the attractions I was going to see purchased ahead of time. Michaelangelo's David was definitely on my list to see. It was amazing. To see it in person was breath taking for me. To know the history. It was one of the highlights for me. I couldn't stop taking pictures. I love you David ❤️ That is my Paddington Bear. I bought him last year in Camden Market in London. He goes everywhere with me 😁

Things went really badly for us because the Headout meeting point (see photo) and the local provider’s meeting point are in different locations. You can’t see both meeting points at the same time. We were already at the meeting point provided by Headout half an hour before departure. When it was time to leave, we couldn’t get any quick help over the phone—the AI kept asking us questions, and by the time we finally got a staff member on the line, the bus was gone! :-(((((

I was a little worried because they didn't email me the ticket I bought online. But they handed it to me right on time at the meeting point. I hadn't been able to get a ticket to go up to the dome because they were sold out, but there were still tickets available on this website. Highly recommended!

It is very fast to get into the Gallery. You need to scan the code and exchange them as the offical ticket (the store opposite to the main door of the Gallery). Then you need to wait at the line which you chose before and get ready to enter.

Instructions were very clear. Contact person was waiting at the exact spot as mentioned. Skip line was a breeze. The attractions themselves were everything as advertised. Would highly recommend this if you are booking last minute
