My visit to KL Bird Park was truly memorable! Walking through the free-flight aviary felt like stepping into a rainforest filled with beautiful colors and sounds. The highlight was seeing the peacocks and hornbills roaming freely up close such an amazing experience. The park is well-maintained, easy to walk around, and offers plenty of shaded areas to relax. It’s the perfect spot for nature lovers and families looking for a peaceful escape right in the city. Definitely worth a visit!

  • Greet the birds in different zones

The KL Bird Park, home to more than 3000 birds is a must-visit attraction for all birdwatchers and nature lovers. The diverse fauna of Malaysia will impress you with a visit here. This is the largest walk-in free-flight aviary in the world that spreads across 20 acres of land. Considering its vast size, the park is segregated into different zones. Each zone has its display of elusive bird species including Yellow-billed Storks, Sulfur-Crested Cockatoos, and the Crowned Pigeon, the largest pigeon species in the world! Once you enter the park, you are free to spend the rest of the day exploring all 4 zones, including Hornbill Park in Zone 3, Bul Bul Land in Zone 1, and more.

Free-flight concept of the KL Bird Park

What sets this park apart from the rest is the free-flight concept. The concept entails letting the birds free in the aviary with nesting sites, and bountiful sources of fallen leaves, branches, and twigs closely resembling their natural habitat. This allows them to breed naturally in this unique environment. With the option of choosing stress-free hotel pickups, get up close and personal with the birds as you feed them and watch the exciting bird shows scheduled every 2 hours throughout the day.
