Krakow Vistula River Sightseeing Cruise

We really enjoyed the cruise. The views of Kraków from the Vistula were beautiful, especially in the evening. What impressed us most was the kindness of the staff. Our boat hadn't arrived yet, and instead of making us wait on the pier for about 15 minutes, they invited us to wait comfortably on another boat. It was a small gesture, but it made us feel very welcome. Everything was well organized, and we would happily recommend this cruise.

We booked the river trip last minute and were not disappointed. The trip was great and very good value, where you see the city and sites along the river from a different perspective. Additionally, the staff were very helpful and friendly, and more importantly the boat was very comfortable. Well worth doing.

Hello, everything was perfect—the organization, the punctuality, and the explanations. For me, especially since it was also my birthday, it was the best possible way to end the day.

We really enjoyed our cruise. The day was pleasant and sunny and the commentary was good and informative. But if you don't mind some suggestions: (1) please don't play music during the trip as it takes away from the experience. Most visitors like to quietly reflect on what they have learned on such a cruise and playing old Elvis Presley hits takes much away from the experience.(2)the boat "Helena" is a lovely vessel but is in desparate need of some upgrades and maintenance which would make the cruise an even better experience and (3) you may need to refine the booking experience as it was somewhat confusing and although we arrived early for our mid-day cruise, we were told that it would start five minutes late but that turned into twenty minutes with no explanation. It was not a problem for us but punctuality on the part of the operator means much to visitors. Hopefully, you can understand all of this but please be assured that we really enjoyed our cruise.

The tour itself was really good. However, there was absolutely no way to follow the commentary about the sights we passed because you couldn’t hear a thing—the sound quality was simply too poor. The tour took us past many beautiful sights, but we couldn’t hear anything about what they were.

The weather—38 degrees—with no shade on the upper deck! This needs to be improved!!! There are better rivers, because there isn't much of interest to discover along the banks.
