Easy to find, great atmosphere. You could sit upstairs outside with blankets or inside. Great to see Krakow at night from the river. Great bar! The hot chocolate was amazing!! Dress warm if siting outside.

Unfortunately, it was not a good experience. Not because of the ship or the company (that's why I rate it a 3) but because of the environment. I have done cruises of this type in other cities and it was definitely the least rewarding. We did it at night, I don't know if doing it during the day improves the experience. They should take care of punctuality. The ship picked us up late and we returned 25 minutes late, which affected another reservation we had later.

Gosh The boat driver - were they drunk? The parking of the boat seemed to be a significant challenge... We waited about 30minutes at the end for them to be able to navigate the boat to park so we could disembark Enjoyed the peaceful ride down the river Not enough seats Slightly limited audio spiel Thankfully we still enjoyed it! Thanks
