It was a beautiful boat trip and staff were very friendly and offered a great service. The information about the various sites we passed was just enough without overdoing it. The boat ride was very nice, but the selection of cakes was very limited. For one thing, there were only two kinds, and one of them was a frozen cake—and it didn't taste good. It was also very warm that day. We thought there would be ice cream on the boat. Unfortunately, we were out of luck.

So, the sights, the food, the drinks—everything was great. I think the price was reasonable. I was there with my 17-year-old daughter, and she was totally thrilled, too. I’ll definitely be doing this again with my family soon. The staff on the ship were very, very friendly—I really have to give them credit.

The family-run Gilles company operates a very neat and clean boat, which we took for a ride. The staff were always very friendly and, despite the large number of guests, served us very quickly. Great!!! The prices are also very reasonable. We really enjoyed it and can highly recommend the Gilles boat tours. We look forward to seeing you next time! Thank you so much!!

The boat ride itself was okay. The service was fast, but there wasn't really much to see in terms of castles and palaces.

Today (9 Sept 2026), we intentionally drove to Koblenz an hour early. (I bought the tickets online beforehand.) We parked and went to look for the boat. There were many boats and we searched and walked (I struggle to walk with a rollator!) and we searched and walked... we asked people... but no one had the right answer. In the end, we couldn't find the boat! There were no signs or directions anywhere!! What a disaster! So poorly organized! Our money is gone: we paid for nothing!! Such a shame!!
