Wieliczka Salt Mine

Natalie our guide was very informative and explained pre and post war in great detail in regards to Nazi takeover and the uprising of the ghetto post war. Learned a lot of facts about schindler that opposes the movie schindlers list. Would recommend a guided tour when visiting.

The museum is a treasure time capsule which allows a rare look into the past. It was most communicative and felt as if we were travelling in time. I highly recommend it to everyone! 🙏

Interesting, informative but heart wrenching at the same time! The guide was extremely knowledgeable and spent time explaining various parts of the camp. The only criticism is that there were exhibits we didn't get to see due to time constraints of the actual tour

visited the Wieliczka Salt Mine and it was a very interesting and enjoyable experience. The place itself is impressive, and it’s hard to believe that what we see is only about 1% of the entire mine. Our guide was very good and made the tour engaging. She didn’t just explain things, but also asked us questions and involved us, which made the visit more fun and interactive. We also had the chance to taste the famous salt from the mine, real salt, and surprisingly very good! It was a nice and curious moment that added something special to the tour. Even though there are many stairs going down, the experience is absolutely worth it. It was a beautiful excursion and I definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Awesome day out, plenty of walking. Amazing things to see, and our guide was excellent. I really recommend this trip, well worth it.

Was a whole day tour - picked up at 5.30am and got home around 7.00pm - but was worth it. The group leader, Peter, was great. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Would recommend if you're not shy of an early morning and a very long day!

Well orgainised from pick up to drop off. The guide gave a very detailed brief, as we set off, on the day and the strict timings that had to be followed to ensure we kept to the schedule. There was enough time and consideration given for comfort breaks throughout the day . All of the various guides spoke very good English and took time to answer questions. The guide we had for Auschwitz spoke with a lot of emotion and knowledge which ensured the exprience was engraved in our minds. The salt mines were a great way to round the day off with a totally different experience.
