Le site est beau et mérite le déplacement La guide Justine a été parfaite. Elle parlait bien français et prenait le temps de bien nous expliquer le site. Enfin, elle répondait à nos questions. Un grand bravo à elle.

Ausflug war ausgezeichnet. Dolmetscher hat sehr kompetent durch die Salzmine geführt. Daumen hoch, immer wieder gern nochmal und weiter zu empfehlen.

The tour itself was good, but a bit in a hurry in my opinion, and not well organised. And also, it's my fault that I didn't check it thoroughly that this is not the official website to book the tour ticket. After contacting Headout help center, I still have no idea why Headout charged me 35pln more(194pln) than the official website(159pln) for English tour, I see no benefit and neither more service included booking here. I feel very scammed. So if you are just going to join the tour, please book on the official website, not this one. Overall just an okay experience.

The tour was outstanding! First - the person who met us at the receiving line was very helpful in helping us with our tickets after we arrived at the wrong time. The guide for the tour was exceptional- her knowledge and her love of history shined through. The tunnels were amazing! So many salt sculptures- pictures do not capture their beauty. Recommend for anyone staying in Krakow. There's a direct train to the mines that runs regularly and easy to use, even for those of us mature folks.

The St. Kinga’s Chapel was the most spectacular highlight The chandeliers, floor, altars, sculptures and biblical reliefs were amazing. The famous salt-carved reproduction of Leonardo da Vinci’s The Last Supper is particularly impressive. The statue of Pope John Paul II standing in St. Kinga’s Chapel is both magnificent and awe-inspiring. My only complaint is that questions to the tour-quide were discouraged due to their desire to finish the tour in the time allowed.

    Interesting place, history and a lot of info from the guide. Different presentation from our experience from Austria. What we would appreciate- the application to download providing more languages. Unfortunately, not everyone speaks fluent English and time to time it was a bit difficult to understand when longer distance from the guide.

    Great tour The guide was very entertaining & informative. The cathedral space was amazing; the carvings of the altar and freezes was very special. We also enjoyed a beer in the miners cafe. Overall would highly recommend espicially on a very hot summers day or cold winter day with the mine temperature being kept a constant 18 degrees

    The tour guide is excellent. She knows a lot about the salt mine and its history. The chambers and the stairs are crazy. It is worth visiting place. The tour is long and it must be followed with comfortable shoes. The atmosphere is cool and the climate is also a bit cold.

    Die Tour durch das Bergwerk war absolut begeisternd. Was die Salzbergleute geschaffen haben kann man nicht wirklich in Worte fassen, das muss man selbst sehen. Dazu kommt die perfekte Organisation vor Ort und die sehr nette und kompetente Führung.
