I bought the tickets, but when I arrived at the museum, they told me the tickets were not right, they were actually for another museum. I couldn't cancel the tickets because your app does not provide a refund option, even though I just paid like 10 minutes ago. This is fraud. Shame on you for selling tickets in this way.JJessica T
