Great tour, Alex has alot of knowledge about all History in general and about Castle Grounds. She explains everything in interesting way . I got English tour with my friend and even through I am from Poland and visiting Castle before on my own, I found a facts I didnt knew about before.

The tour was very interesting and the castle is definitely worth a visit , better with someone who has passion abs knowledge so you understand about the building you are visiting . Ours , in the point of view of the group was a bit too long and boring at times as most of the people weren't so interested in polish history . There was only a bit of too much henphasis in the story . Overall good experience with a knowledgeable lady

Tour was ok, there's a lot more to see , I feel like we would of done better just to get tickets at the door and have access to a lot more areas that were not included in the tour.

Wawel Castle, a UNESCO site, has symbolized Polish royalty since the 11th century. The adjacent Gothic Wawel Cathedral served as the coronation site for Polish monarchs and remains an important religious landmark.

Wawel Cathedral is an active place of worship, and during significant religious, state, or jubilee events, or visits from VIP guests, access to the cathedral, royal tombs, or bell tower may be restricted without prior notice.

If access is restricted, your tour will be replaced with another visit within the castle complex.

A dress code is required for entry to places of worship and selected museums. Shorts and sleeveless tops are not allowed, and both men and women must cover their knees and shoulders. Entry may be refused if these requirements are not met.

The duration of the tour with entry to the Rynek Underground Museum is 5 hours and 30 minutes.
