We could never have navigated these busy sites without our expert guide - it was unbelievably busy and hot in high summer but the tour guide did a fantastic job of making it enjoyable and informative. I am a history buff and the guide managed to make some interesting points i hadn't considered about the exhibits whilst keeping us all together and navigating everything. Would definitely book this tour guide and this company again for other things. We're very glad we booked this tour.

Despite our visit being on an exceptionally busy day, our pre-purchased Headout ticket ensured that we were in a line that kept moving. And while the features of St. Peter's Basilica speak volumes on their own, our appreciation of them, their purpose, and their arrangement were enhanced exponentially by the audio guide that came with our Headout experience. We'll certainly visit St. Peter's again, and we'll certainly take advantage of all that the Headout experience has to offer.

Damiano was an excellent tour guide, he was extremely knowledgeable and made sure everyone was comfortable and enjoying!

Good value for money but very poor signage - no one knew where exactly to go as there were several queues at the mentioned entrance point. It would be beneficial to give more detailed explanation(e.g not only "Near the Arch of Titus" but alongside the fence, to the right and up the hill). Other than that, a straight forward visit and very interesting. Note - if you are going in summer, there is close to 0 shade and there is lots of walking uphill. The queue outside is not shaded and it can take up to 45mins in waiting. Make sure you are well prepared - there are a few water fountains in the Palatine hill area, but none down on the forums. I strongly suggest going earlier or later in the day, having lots of water, a hat/parasol and very sturdy shoes - the marble is slippery.

We got our tickets electronically and we just had to go to the ticket office at Doria Pamphilj at our assigned time. The tickets included an audio guide so we already brought wired earbuds and the museum was one of the very best in Rome.

La llegada ha sido fácil con los medios de transporte, al tener los tickets en forma previa, ha sido rápido el ingreso, no tuvimos que esperar y nos otorgaron rápidamente los equipos para iniciar la guía. El recorrido es fácil muy didáctico en especial se ve que han tenido en cuenta los niños dado que cuentan con de puntos de interés diferenciados para ellos. El ingreso a la cripta en sí es de fácil acceso, las decoraciones realizadas con los huesos humanos forman parte de el respeto que tenían por sus hermanos, dado que al retirar sus restos óseos para poder enterrar a otros capuchinos eh le dieron un destino también eh muy cuidado en todos los aspectos intentando incluso de ser parte del arte, y creo yo parte de una conmemoración, de un reconocimiento, de un respeto por lo que fue su vida permaneciendo dentro de la misma cripta. Excelente recorrido, recomendable para quienes no se impresionan, de fácil acceso y tránsito, además de entender un poco más de lo que eran, hacían los capuchinos
