The guide met us in time at the confirmed meeting point close to the Pantheon. When he realized that one of the persons in the group was 94 years old and should not stay out in the sun too long, he followed us to the correct line and made sure the waiting time was as short as possible. We also found the audio link very useful to listed to in the days after the visit. The commentaries very recorded in a very good manner, which made it very interesting to listen to and learn from.

Las filas son interminables! Entramos en 3 min , solo fuimos al lado por los tiquetes donde esta la persona con el letrero de Headout y listo! Hasta lo audible nos dio! Fue lo mas rapido y sencillo! Dentro en menos de 3 min.

We had booked the Colosseum, Roman Forum, and Palatine Hill tour, and it turned out to be a truly memorable experience. The entire tour was well-organized, with smooth entry and a comfortable pace that allowed us to take in the historical significance of each site without feeling rushed. A special mention must go to our tour operator, Andre, who was absolutely outstanding. His deep knowledge of Roman history really brought the ancient ruins to life. He didn’t just share facts, but narrated stories and context in a way that made it engaging and easy to understand. His passion for the subject was clearly evident, and he was more than happy to answer questions in detail. Thanks to Andre, what could have been just a sightseeing visit turned into a rich and immersive journey through history. Highly recommended for anyone looking to truly appreciate these iconic landmarks.

Très bonne visite du musée dédié à Léonard de Vinci. Les billets ont été délivrés facilement sur place grâce à une liste enregistrée, ce qui était pratique. Le lieu est très beau, bien expliqué et particulièrement ludique pour les enfants grâce aux maquettes qu’ils peuvent manipuler. Les explications disponibles en français sont également très appréciables et rendent la visite accessible. C’est aussi le lieu le moins bondé que nous ayons visité à Rome, ce qui permet de profiter pleinement de l’exposition. Petit bémol : le “gadget” annoncé comme offert est une carte postale, ce qui est peu adapté aux enfants.

Visiting the Pantheon was one of the absolute highlights of our trip to Rome. The fast-track tickets from Headout were worth every cent - no queue, straight inside. Standing beneath that 1,900-year-old dome and looking up through the oculus at the open sky is a moment I will never forget. The scale and engineering of the building is simply breathtaking. We visited in the afternoon when the light was perfect. If you’re going to Rome, the Pantheon is non-negotiable - and Headout made the experience completely seamless.

The Palazzo della Cancelleria is owned by the Vatican and the building is a point of interest due to its architecture. The upper floor hosts the Sacra Rota where the church dissolves marriages.
