Ottimo per la puntualità e per la cortesia del personale . Avevo anticipato l'arrivo in Stazione e ho chiesto ad una ragazza del vostro personale se potevo prendere il treno lo stesso e Lei con gentilezza. mi ha modificato sul mio cellulare con gentilezza e maestria l'orario , così mi ha permesso di prendere il treno con l'orario anticipato , risparmiando 5 € che era l'oblazione che avrei pagato se fossi salito senza la modifica dell'orario .

Servizio impeccabile. Il treno è stato estremamente puntuale, pulito e confortevole, con ampio spazio per i bagagli. Trovare il binario è stato semplicissimo e l'acquisto dei biglietti è stato abbastanza rapido e intuitivo sia dalle macchinette che dall'app. Il modo migliore e più senza pensieri per muoversi da e per l'aeroporto. Consigliatissimo!

Excellent service and price. For those unfamiliar with the Rome railway station it is simple - the Leonardo Express always leaves from the same platforms. The service is frequent and fast. Travellers avoid road congestion at busy times of the day, and the cost is significantly cheaper than taxi. It's the best way to travel to Fiumicino!

It was quite fantastic experience. We just came out of airport and took the train to Rome terminus with Leonardo express. It was not only comfortable but a pleasant experience. Same while returning from Rome to Rome Internatiknal airport simple no confusion. It's the best services offered. It saves time.

Die Rückfahrt hat besser geklappt als die Hinfahrt. Aber auch hier waren unterschiedliche Infos: einerseits hiess es, man kann bis zur Abfahrt seine Zeit anpassen und anderseits hiess es, nur bis 0:20 Uhr des Vortages. Wir haben es ausprobiert und kurz vorher die Zeit geändert und es hat alles geklappt.

Il modo più comodo e veloce per gli spostamenti da Fiumicino a Termini. Attenzione però se comprate il biglietto online per un determinato orario: io ero in anticipo e sono salita sul primo treno disponibile e ho dovuto pagare 5€ di penale perché non era l'orario del mio biglietto.

Très utile cette liaison directe tous les 15 minutes environ. Très bien flêché à l'aéroport il permet de rejoindre la gare Termini de Rome. Si vous avez un ticket online il se valide directement et si un billet papier faut le composté. Nous l'avons pris aussi au retour. Car le taxi ou bus sont tributaires de la circulation.

A pályaudvar elég káoszos.Nem nagyon van kitáblázva hogy mi merről indul.Nálunk indulás előtt 5 perccel írta ki a tábla hogy a 24-es vágányról indul.Amúgy szerintem olcsó és fixen időre ott is van.A busszal szemben ez szerintem megbízhatóbb.

The service was seamless once you get through customs just follow the signs to the train and enjoy the stress free ride to Roma termini. Ensure your ticket is validated as an on board inspector will come around to check. No issues train is busy as it is popular so you may have to stand which I did but again not an issue as it's quick ride to destination.

Overall very efficient. However when we first arrived at Rome Termini people were getting on the train before we could get off. My husband had to literally scream at them as they were pushing him backwards back onto the train. There needs to be a process where passengers can get off safely , at least have staff there to prevent such scary situations.
