I requested a change of time on my ticket and was told a new ticket would be sent to me. It never was and I reached out again and they still didn't send me the correct ticket. I ended up having to pay extra on the train because of the 15 minute time difference.

It was easy from start to finish. The tickets were downloaded straight onto my phone with no issue. The train was easy to find and in fact we caught an early one as we were there in good time. The trains are clean, comfortable and smooth. Excellent all round.

Rückfahrt Ticket nicht eingelöst. Bus Shuttle war einfacher und günstiger. Konnte Bus einsteigen in Nähe Hotel. Muss nicht zum Termini fahren. Direkt Verbindung mit Bus.

Easy to get tickets and fast transfer to Roma termini. Not crowded on the train and the staff was friendly and helped out with the tickets. Nice ride.

Our flight was delayed by 30 minutes so by the time we got through a busy security we had missed our planned rail trip. It is a shame that these tickets could not be open to handle this situation. We were able to pay an additional 5 euro per ticket on the train to travel on the outdated tickets but this was an unnecessary stress after 42 hours of Travel from New Zealand.

Unico appunto e che pur essendo gia sul treno alle 05,30del mattino,con la prenotazione on line non dava disponibilità x quella partenza , con la prima utile disponibile alle 07,15!!sebbene il convoglio/carrozza fosse stato praticamente semivuoto.Per il resto ottimo servizio

Very convenient, fast, and economical. Plenty of seating and space for luggage. The only negative I experienced was that I arrived at Roma Termini earlier than expected but couldn't use my ticket on an earlier train without going on to the website and making a change.
