La visite était top !! Grâce aux billets achetés plus tôt, nous avons pu rentrer sans aucune queue dans la basilique et aussi dans l'ascenseur. Nous avons mis 3 heures au lieu de la journée imaginée. Merci beaucoup

Дуже зручно, бо не потрібно було стояти у великій черзі, прийшли на обраний час та швидко зайшли. Аудіо гід допоміг з розумінням у якому напрямку рухатись та що навколо. Бронювання було простим та зрозумілим.

The view is absolute amazing, this ticket is far from enough to enjoy all the wonderful architects from the ancient roman empires. You can skip the line with the ticket which is very time saving. Highly recommend

We didn't have to wait in long lines. We were able to secure our tickets at an early entrance time slot. It was our first visit to Rome so we truly enjoyed it. Thank you!

I was able to enter quickly by purchasing tickets by pre-ordering online without waiting for a long time at the site. You can scan the T-cat purchased on your mobile phone and enter it easily without printing a separate paper ticket, so we highly recommend online pre-purchase. The magnificence of the Pantheom internal scrim is a must-experience place.

Martedì 4 agosto. Prenotato ed acquistati due biglietti per palazzo papale e giardino segreto di castel Gandolfo. Arrivati, con sorpresa abbiamo trovato tutto chiuso in quanto il Santo Padre ha deciso di rimanere in giorno in più a castel Gandolfo. Ufficialmente sul sito dava come aperto e visitabile. La gendarmeria ha invitato a chiamare telefonicamente assistenza musei vaticani. I quali si sono dichiarati non di competenza in quanto biglietti erano acquistati con carta credito in precedenza con Headout. Sul vostro sito purtroppo non compare nessun telefono per informazioni ed assistenza. Dopo mie tre mail di richiesta rimborso, ed altrettante ( solo in inglese...) in cui si scusavano dell'inconveniente, e che si stavano infornando del motivo della chiusura, in data 16 é arrivato il rimborso completi sulla carta. A parte la mancata visita a, palazzo papale e giardino segreto di castel Gandolfo ( sarà per la prossima vacanza a, Roma) che non dipendeva da Headout, tutto molto corretto e professionale . ... Grazie.

Honestly I picked a good time when it was not too crowded and the organisers were extremely helpful too. I was a little scared hearing everyone's stories but skip the line tickets are the best lol and everything was convenient.
