Nous avons réservé cette excursion des mois à l'avance. Tout est bien guidé et indiqué. L'application nous a mené au point de rencontre qui était un petit café au milieu d'une place. Il est important d'arriver au moins 20 à 30 min à l'avance par rapport à l'heure de notre activité. Le guide nous a donc emmené vers la file d'attente pour la sécurité. Un guide très sympa qui prennait le temps de discuter avec le groupe pendant l'attente. Etant le lendemain du lundi de Pâques, il fallait compter 1h de file pour passer la sécurité, mais cela nous laissait le temps d'admirer la basilique de l'extérieur et de faire quelques photos. Ensuite, nous sommes directement montés au dome et nous avons encore attendu une petite heure avant de monter (max 100 personnes en haut). L'attente en vallait le détour !! une vue splendide sur l'ensemble du vatican !! Nous avons choisi les marches et cela ne nous a pas choqué. Il y a la possibilité de faire des pauses. Par contre attention aux personnes clostrophobes, les excaliers sont parfois très étroits

I was so happy that I purchased the St. Peter's entry as even though we had to reschedule our time from Saturday to Friday, we were coming from a golf Cart tour and needed to get some lunch first. The gentlemen in the preordered tickets line told me that as long as I had the tickets, we could go in at whatever time. We got some pizza and then went in a little after our scheduled time. Getting to bypass the huge line of people waiting to get in was a relief as I have a bad knee so it would have been hard to stand for as long as I am sure those people waited!

We enjoyed the St Peter Basilica, it's amazing! But, the process of going inside was a big burden. They asked us to be their 45 mins before the entry time. But, the policeman who is very very rude, such a disgrace to be part of the St Peter (the most Holy catholic place) and he was very agreesive, no manners ar all, very arrogant closed the gate, and we waited more than an hour, 25 degrees with kids. We were roasting. As soon as we got in, all was amazing! The Church was absolutely breath-taking.

Accueil aimable , rapide et aisé à la porte du château. Lorsque nous allions descendre pour y entrer et commencer la visite un homme d'une trentaine d'années s'est rendu compte de notre âge et nous a dirigées ma sœur et moi vers l'ascenseur. Beau geste très apprécié. Au sommet, sur la terrasse nous avons remarqué une foule clairsemée qui attendait à l'évidence le passage d'un VIP. Nous avons appris par la suite qu'il s'agissait de notre Président Macron. Photo à l'appui.

The booking and the guide were very good. Easy to find guide and they ensured the whole group got though each step. However it took 2 hours to get though the security the ticket system but this was the Vatican not the tour guide. If you find a skip the queue ticket get it! The experience was great, the lift does not take you to thr very top but the walk up was interesting but not for the everyone. Small and crowded. Still glad we did it

Hat ausnahmsweise gut funktioniert. Die 2 anderen Buchungen über headout haben leider zu wünschen übrig gelassen. Werde ich zukünftig nicht mehr in Erwägung ziehen über diese Plattform zu buchen. Nur ein Beispiel: Zeitslot gebucht, dann muss man trotzdem warten und anstehen und hat später weniger Zeit in den Attaktionen. Viel Geld bezahlt und wenig Zeit gehabt. Sehr schade!

Castel S.Angelo assolutamente da non perdere a Roma x scoprire la sua storia e la sua evoluzione nei secoli. Dal Mauseleo di Adriano alle stanze Papali fino alla terrazza dell' Angelo da dove si può vedere tutta Roma...impagabile.. La prenotazione anticipata dei biglietti ha evitato la coda all' ingresso e reso più piacevole la visita

The tickets gave us a specific time slot, and we went in at exactly the time allocated. Tickets were emailed to me shortly before the due time, so didnt even need to find the collection point. The actual Bascilica was incredible. Absolutely huge and beautiful. Without the time slot the queue was probably about 3-4 hours to get in.
