Bratislava or Durnstein: Day Trip from Vienna on Danube River by Boat

Die Beschreibung wurde auf das andere Paket bezogen und somit haben wir nicht genau gewusst was in dem gekauften Paket ist.

Das die Schiffart und der aufenthalt war wunderbar. Es gab probleme mit der Schleuse und ich wurde nicht infromiert um wie viel wir später ankommen

Good experience. The cruise was amazing and the atmosphere on the board was lovely. Landscapes were absolutely fabulous and worth everything. There were a good few minuses, which you might need to be aware of: - Some of the announcements were in German only, so we couldn't understand some information about the attractions we've seen from the board. - All the tours in Bratislava presented on the boat are Cash only, so be prepared because it was never mentioned anywhere, so we couldn't do them - As someone mentioned in a review, you don't know when the meals are served, so you have to ask the personnel, else you'll miss them. - The time for Bratislava was way shorter than expected (ours was from 1 PM to 3:30 PM). There is also a good 15 minutes walk to the old town and main attractions. We only had time to see a few of them. We'll come back here anyway on a different occasion. Bratislava is splendid! - The deck is nice and has plenty of chairs and tables + smoking area. We enjoyed Breakfast and Lunch on the boat, but on Dinner there is self-service, similar to catering, which was extremely crowded. You could wait over 45 minutes in the queue to get food. - Our way back to Vienna was extremely long and exhausted because we had over 1.5 hours delay due to the narrowed channels in Vienna. We arrived around midnight (over 15 hours in total) We totally recommend this cruise to everyone, but be ready for these minor details, that might be essential for your experience. Enjoy!
