Sonne satt, Service und Erläuterungen während der Fahrt, freundliches Personal und Schiff nicht zu voll. Mit anderen Worten Entspannung pur.

Ждали очень долго чтобы пройти к своему кораблику. На столиках стояла вода и засохшие цветы, они назвали это "cover charge" и в самом конце путешествия попросили за это отдельную плату . Также пришлось доплачивать за то, чтобы нам принесли шницель из курицы, а не из свинины, хотя об этом нигде не писали заранее.

This was enjoyable cruise overall cruising both the canal and the Danube. There was a drinks service on board and the option to pre-order food on booking. Service was friendly and efficient. There was some time spent in locks though it was interesting to see how such large locks work and the size of the vessels they can accommodate.

A very clean boat & friendly crew. Food was good with a generous portion. Commentary was very informative, although a little difficult to hear at the back of the boat. Al on all a good trip.

We recently went on the Hallstatt–Salzburg–Melk tour and it was a truly memorable experience. We booked the tour through Headsout and the overall organisation was smooth and well managed from start to finish. We were given enough time at each location to enjoy the scenery without feeling rushed, which made the trip very relaxed and enjoyable. The landscapes, especially around Hallstatt were absolutely stunning in winter, with snow-covered mountains and a very peaceful atmosphere. The tour guide was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful throughout the journey, explaining the history and sharing interesting facts along the way. In Salzburg, we were accompanied by a local guide who walked me through the city and highlighted the key attractions, which added a lot of value to the visit. Overall, everything was well planned, comfortable and enjoyable. Austria in winter is simply magical, and this tour was a perfect way to experience its beauty.
