Servzio eccellente! Abbiamo prenotato l'ingresso al colosseo con orario 13.15, ma purtroppo il treno diretto a Roma termini proveniente da Milano centrale ha fatto diverso ritardo, oltre al cambio di fermata finale. Causandoci la perdia della visita. Cntattanod il servizio cliente ci ha nno fornito subito assistenza, capendo la situzaione che ci siamo ritrovati hanno provveduto a conttattare l'host incaricato delle consegna dei biglietti di farceli avere subito, in modo da non perdere tempo e riuscire ad entrare direttamente. Siamo riusciti ad entrare saltando tutta la fila solamente con 5 minuti di ritardo rispetto all'orario preventivato, cosa che non era possibile senza l'aiuto dell'assistenza. Consiglio vivamente, esperienza bellissima!

Bueno, pues le costó llegar al chico, no vino vestido de verde. Nos exigen 15 minutos de antelación y él vino a la hora estipulada de entrada y sin identificarse. El panteón precioso y el audioguía funcionó de maravilla aunque un poco perdida porque no establece puntos donde pararse y mirar porque habla de todo a la vez. Pero es muy bonito, hay que verlo. La entrada de comprar las entradas iba lenta porque hay a quien le cuesta más entender la pantalla y hay quien menos, la entrada una vez cogida la entrada iba súper rápida. Si coges esta, directamente no había ni cola. Cabe recalcar que eran las 10:30h de la mañana.

Assolutamente negativa a causa dell annullamento della visita al Colosseo da parte vostra pochi minuti prima dell'ingressoe e il cambio orario imposto da voi alla visita al Pantheon la nostra vacanza è' stata rovinata in quanto non abbiamo potuto visitare i monumenti inoltre non abbiamo ricevuto nessun rimborso. Mai più e sconsiglierò il vostro sito

To save a time is a great value in Rome. It was perfect to skip the line of hundreds of visiotrs .Pantheon left a great impression on us It is amazing monument of human creativity, especialy when it has been done 2000 tousand years ago.It is wonderful to stand there and wonder by it.

La organización de headout ha sido excelente, solo hay que seguir las instrucciones que vienen en el App. Por otro lado, yo contraté el audioguía para el Pantheon de Agripa (Roma) y narra la historia de una manera preciosa, que emociona.

There were 2 guys handing out tickets. We have to scan a qr code to access the audio guide. BRING HEADPHONES, otherwise you will stay with your phone at your ear for 40min or more. It went rather smooth. The Pantheon is a must to visit.

Im Vorfeld war alles perfekt organisiert. Buchung, Zahlung und Ticket,s konnte man ganz einfach und verständlich in der App nachlesen und verwalten. Auch eine kurzfristige , zeitliche Änderung war vollkommen einfach. Leider war die Ticketausgabe vor Ort das reine Chaos. Ein zwar sehr freundlicher und geduldiger Mann hat alle Tickets mit dem seinem Handy auf das Kundenhandy übertragen, was aber nur beim Iphone geklappt hat . Ausserdem war er ständig umringt von drängenden Touristen, die ihm alle ihr Handy hinstreckten. Dadurch bekamen einige Personen ihre Tickets viel zu spät. Diese wurden dann aber zusammen mit denen bei denen die Handyübermitlung nicht geklappt hat von ihm persönlich ins Phantheon gebracht. Ende gut alles gut

Le délégué sur place qui devait nous fournir les billets était difficile à trouver. Aucun signe distinctif au milieu de la foule. Personnage désagréable. 25 min d'attente avant de recevoir une photo de nos tickets qui a été refusée à l'entrée, donc retour au délégué, nouvelle attente puis réception des billets. File à refaire. Visite prévue à une heure précise mais aucun avantage à prendre des billets avant en payant plus cher pour le "service"

At Castel Sant’Angelo, begin your visit at the main entrance on Lungotevere Castello 50. Show your ticket at the main ticket office, then head inside to start exploring. At the Pantheon, arrive at Piazza della Rotonda to redeem your tickets.

What to expect

Castel Sant'Angelo

Step into the museum to climb the spiral ramps and enter the Chamber of Ashes where once cremated remains of Roman emperors rested. As you enter the papal rooms, admire the frescoes of Emperor Hadrian and Archangel Michael adorning the ceilings. Descending from the upper levels into the lower interiors, you can access the prisons that held famous figures like Benvenuto Cellini.

Features

One of the significant features of the museum are the two statues of Archangel Michael, the original marble piece placed in Cortile dell’Angelo, and a bronze statue placed on the terrace. You can enjoy a panoramic view of Rome and the Tiber river from the terrace too.

Pantheon

The facade of the Pantheon is a Corinthian portico, a classic example of ancient Roman architecture, featuring 16 towering granite columns that lead into the vast rotunda beyond. Enter the rotunda to admire the largest unreinforced dome in the world—a symbol of heaven with an oculus (a circular opening) letting light in.

Features

The Pantheon, also known as Basilica di Santa Maria ad Martyres, was converted into a church in 608 AD. Since then it also hosts active religious service. Inside the rotunda, you can see the tombs of Italian icons like Raphael and King Vittorio Emanuele II, Italy’s first king. Above Raphael’s tomb is the statue of Madonna del Sasso. As you walk around, you can access the side chapels, including the Annunciation, marking the Pantheon’s Christian identity.
