what's not to love about this - the easiest of climbs, great value and - the best view of Florence you can get! Amazing views from the top of this beautiful city. Only one comment on any improvements - the instructions to start were not very clear to understand and we looked around in the Square for someone we thought we would have to meet before the climb - but all we had to do was go in the building and look for the starting place. To know that in the guide would be more helpful. Wonderful experience and will recommend to everyone!

Causa maltempo non ho potuto effettuare la visita completa della Torre di Arnolfo. Sarebbe stato cortese rimborsare il biglietto o dare la disponibilità per altra visita

Enter Palazzo Vecchio and show your ticket at the entrance. You will be directed to the second floor where the entrance to the tower is located, near the Hall of Lilies chamber. After a brief security check, you’ll proceed directly to the staircase, no waiting required.

What’s not allowed

Large bags, suitcases, and oversized luggage are not allowed inside the museums for security reasons.

Pets are not permitted, except for registered service animals.

Accessibility

Steep staircases, such as the 223 steps in the Arnolfo Tower, make it not suitable for guests with mobility issues.
