Tourguide was knowledgeable but the factoey has nothing about Schindler and his saving work or more about him. It was just pictures of the war. We watched the movie and were inspired by his work now to dins put this "factory" is nothing about that. If I would be a living damily member I would be hurt and insulted that thousands of people come To visit Schindler and they dont get what they payed for. This is history and besides one room called "office" norhing about this man who saved thousands. Maybe to reco sider the tour and name of this place. Very dissaapointed like all from my geoup and those we spoke to.

The guide was very good, obviously know a lot about the topic and had a lot of interesting things to say. He seemed to be personally interested in the issue and could always answer questions. The group was also of a good size. It could appear a bit expensive but was well worth the money.

Joanna was very good with her history as she patiently answered all our questions at the end. She gave us good insights into the living conditions of the Jews during WWII. Small and often missable plaques became very interesting during the tour.

Imprescindible hacer la visita guiada ya que por libre no comprenderías todo lo que allí exponen. La explicación unida a la historia que cuenta el guía es muy entretenida y completa. Muy recomendable la visita con guía

La combinación de la mina de sal de Wieliczka y la fábrica de Schindler ofrece un recorrido sumamente completo y dinámico que optimiza el tiempo de viaje de manera excelente. La caminata subterránea por las profundidades de la mina resulta visualmente impactante, destacando especialmente las asombrosas esculturas y la imponente capilla tallada por completo en bloques de sal. Por otra parte, la posterior visita histórica a la emblemática fábrica aporta una perspectiva conmovedora, profunda e indispensable para comprender el contexto de la ocupación en Cracovia durante la Segunda Guerra Mundial. El transporte privado entre ambos puntos fue cómodo, puntual y eficiente, mientras que el guía turístico demostró una gran preparación y amabilidad. Sin duda, una experiencia totalmente recomendada para viajeros interesados en la historia y la cultura.

Martylda hat uns als Individualführung durch das Museum geleitet und uns umfangreich und in sehr interessanter und angenehmer Art und Weise viele Hintergünde und Fakten verdeutlicht. Sie war sehr freundlich, äußerst kompetent, sprach hervorragend deutsch und strahlte Herzlichkeit aus. Vor dem Hintergrund, dass sämtliche schriftlichen Erklärungen (ausgenommen deutsche Plakate) auf polnisch und englisch zu lesen sind, waren wir besonders froh, diese Führung gewählt zu haben. Wir hätten viele Zusammenhänge auch über die beeindruckende Gestaltung des Museums vielleicht nicht erkannt. Das Museum als solches ist unbedingt sehenswert. Liebe Matylda, von uns 5 Sterne an dich.

We had a wonderful experience visiting Schindler Factory. The exhibition was very interesting, moving, and incredibly well presented. Our guide was excellent, very knowledgeable, friendly, and able to explain the history in an engaging and understandable way. You could really feel the importance of this place and its story. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Kraków. Thank you for such an unforgettable experience!
