Arrivati sul posto alle ore 14,45 come da indicazioni (15 minuti prima della partenza del tour). Alle 15 la guida non si è presentata, per cui sono entrato nel Tour Shop a chiedere informazioni: una delle guide mi ha specificato che il tour non era disponibile, ma sarebbe stato programmato per il giorno successivo. Alle mie rimostranze (eravamo a Venezia per un solo giorno), la guida mi ha detto di attendere 15 minuti e che avrebbe verificato. Alle 15,20 ci hanno consentito di partire. Nulla da dire sull'esperienza in vetreria e sulla cortesia del personale. Rientro alle 16,50 in Piazza San Marco (quindi durata del tour 1h30 min e non 2h30 min come pubblicizzato). Per la spesa di 65 €/persona non ne vale assolutamente la pena, tenuto conto che se non avessi insistito non ci avrebbero fatto eseguire il tour. Ed anche se avessimo ricevuto il rimborso in caso di non partenza, come accennato dalla guida, esso non avrebbe di certo risarcito una giornata organizzata a Venezia da fuoro regione.

This was a once in a life time activity. The glass pieces and artwork were magnificant! However, we were obviously the last tour of the day. When we arrived, we were told the glass blowing shop already closed up. There was one glass master left who quckly run through the process on how a vase and hosre were made. I wish this part was longer. We were not shown how the glass gets put on the pole. The tour was shown to be 2.5 hours. It was only 1.5 hours. In the description, it said "enjoy a self-paced visit with no guide....to explore Murano's artistry on your own terms. That makes it sound like we were going to be able to explore the island. But we were rushed back to the water taxi after making our purchases at the showroom. I wished we were able to walk around for a bit.
