La atención del personal de la agencia fue magnífica. Antes del paseo tuvimos una experiencia virtual sobre el Gran Canal en distintos momentos de la historia. Muy interesante. En el paseo desde la agencia hasta el embarcadero, nuestra guía nos hizo un muy buen resumen de la historia de Venecia. El paseo en góndola duró 25 minutos y fue muy agradable, sobre todo a su paso por el Gran Canal.

Fue genial. La chica guía nos dio explicaciones en español hasta llegar a la góndola, a pesar de que esta parte solo se contemplaba en inglés. El paseo en la góndola fue bonito, recomiendo las horas sobre el atardecer. No tuvimos problema ninguno en sentarnos juntos, a pesar del aviso que se indica en la reserva.

prima gondeltocht incl een onverwachte VR presentatie en korte begeleide tour door Venetie. Gondel tocht was kort maar heel bijzonder de stad te zien die in gebieden die alleen met een boot te bereiken zijn. Ondanks toeristisch toch een aanrader dit mee te maken!

The gondola part was great, but unfortunately the experience of being told quite rudely by staff that 'we were in the wrong area and tour' when we were actually correct was unnerving. Finally a different staff member came and found us and brought us back to the same area (and the girl didn't apologize). Besides that, our gondola trip was really pleasant.
