Venice is a city where you inevitably walk a lot. Being able to take a vaporetto or a bus whenever I wanted, without worrying about exceeding my budget, was truly liberating. The pass worked perfectly. Every time my partner and I were tired of walking, it saved us. We were surprised that not many people seemed to have it, because it’s one of the best purchases you can make for a trip. First, you save a significant amount of money, and second, it allows you to move quickly from one place to another. Everything in Venice is connected by vaporetto or bus, and for this reason, along with all the others I mentioned.I highly recommend buying this pass.

Es war großartig, wir konnten 2 Tage lang alles nutzen und sind überall hingekommen was wir uns vorgenommen haben mit den Tickets. Super einfach online bestellen und bezahlen und an einen der vielen Automaten einfach dem Code aus der Mail eingeben und Zack kommt das Ticket und los geht der Spass. Ob an Land oder übers Wasser, es war grandios und super bequem mit euch zu fahren. Ein großes Lob an all die tollen Fahrer, es war uns ein Vergnügen! Wir können diese Ticket nur weiterempfehlen!!!

Ich sage nur : GUT UND GÜNSTIG. Es hat alles reibungslos geklappt, vom Online Kauf des Tickets bis zur Fahrt mit Bus und Vaporetto. Der Service ist super gut. Die Vaporettos und Busse kommen pünktlich. Die Wasserfahrten mit dem Vaporetto haben uns gut gefallen... man kann immer wieder ein- und aussteigen, wo man will. Die Stationen sind gut beschriftet, so dass man sich nicht verfahren kann. Wir kommen wieder. Vielen Dank.

Eccezionale! Conveniente! Utile! Semplice da usare. Ho acquistato 3 biglietti validi 2 giorni per me e famiglia in vacanza a Venezia. Non ho avuto alcun problema in merito ai trasporti e ho risolto il problema della fila alle biglietterie. L'ho consigliato ad altri viaggiatori che usufruivano dei vaporetti e per quel che mi riguarda non ne farò più a meno quando in vacanza mi dovrò spostare da un sito ad un altro.

Fue una experiencia muy buena, eramos dos personas y compramos dos tickets, de los de 24 horas porque ya era nuestro penúltimo día en la ciudad, nos vino genial, porque al durar 24 hora a partir de la validación del ticket, pudimos viajar a la estación de tren con los vaporettos sin necesidad de pagar extra, si vas a viajar a Venecia, sin duda hay que plantearse la opción de comprar estos tickets.

Excellent. Bought 3 day. 72 hrs and used them daily. At least 10 x a day. We even stayed on for the entire route one day. You get a fabulous tour of the city that way. Swipe and go. Love it!! Great website. Only wished we knew on the front end. That we could have taken a vaporetto from the airport into the town. I think everybody's a little confused. How to get around before you actually do it.

It is very easy to use. You go to the vendor machine at the pier which they provided, and scan the QR code then you can take the ticket. Having the ticket, you do not need to worry about the transportation, you can travel anywhere except the airport line and some designated routes.

A valid ID or passport for verification.

Keep your mobile voucher handy with the PNR code for easy redemption.

What's not allowed

Oversized luggage—each passenger can bring up to three pieces, with a total dimension limit of 150 cm.

Accessibility

Most Vaporetti and ACTV buses are wheelchair accessible, but some stops may have limited accessibility.

Assistance is available at designated ticket offices if needed.

Additional Information

Children under 6 years travel for free.

Please note that this is not a direct entry ticket. You need to present your voucher (containing your PNR code) at an ACTV ticket office or machine to collect your physical ticket before travel.

While pre-booking tickets saves you from long queues, ticket collection may take 5–15 minutes depending on queues.

The pass is valid for 1, 2, 3, or 7 consecutive days from the first validation.

Redeem and activate your pass instantly at an ACTV automatic ticket machine or designated Points of Sale and Collection spots.

Tickets must be validated each time you board a Vaporetto or ACTV bus.

Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.

Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the starting point.
