The ride on the vaporetto to Murano and Burano was nice and smooth. The person at the ticket machine was helpful and we were directed to the correct line to take. Unfortunately the line was very long as a lot of people were going there as well. The people on the vaporetto were pleasant and some gave up their seats for us seeing that we were older. We had a wonderful time.

We purchased the 3 day pass and what a great service. We just hopped on and off the vaperetto with ease and didn't have to think about the cost. We used the service a lot especially our free day to get to Murano, Burano and around the main part of Venice. Worth investing in if you do not want to fight the crowds and not worry about costs.

C'était agréable, on a eu large9le temps de visiter et de faire nos achats, mais la seul chose qui m'est arrivé à la dernière escale: assis sur un banc attendant l'arrivée du bateaux je me suis levé pour boire à la fontaine et j'ai oublié tous mes achats sur banc. Qui est le chanceux qui a pu le récupérer !!!!

Le pass 72 h est idéal pour visiter Venise. Très simple d'utilisation, avec un code reçu par Headout , on retire directement les titres de transport. Bon rapport qualité / prix. Vaporetto très ponctuel et nombreux.

Tutto e' andato molto bene se si devono dare stelline per la valutazione succede che se tocchi la prima stella parte la recensione e sembra che sia negativa ma non è' così E' andato tutto splendidamente

This was the best idea for getting around Venice. Very convenient and regular rides. I thought the vaporetti may be crowded- some were and some weren't. We definitely got to see more of Venice this way.

Servizio ottimo ho comprato i biglietti giornalieri online e appena arrivati a venezia siamo andati subito al distributore automatico che ci ha erogato i biglietti inserendo il codice ricevuto tramite mail, noi li abbiamo usati solo per spostarci con il vaporetto ed è stato comodissimo ! Un sacco di vaporetti indicazioni comprensibile l'unico problema riscontrato è stato il vaporetto che da rialto ci doveva portare in stazione perché si riempiva solo di persone locali mentre i turisti rimanevano fermi li ad aspettare quindi magari il sabato e la domenica aggiungerei qualche vaporetto in più

Das Büro, das auf dem Bahnhofsplatz in Venedig angegeben war, konnte mir nur wenig helfen. Der Angestellte sagte, früher hätten sie die Tickets abgeben können, aber dies ging seit einer Neuerung nicht mehr. Zum Glück fand ich dann nette Touristen, die mir am Automaten halfen. Aber es wäre einfacher gewesen ohne Vorkauf direkt am Schalter die sieben Tageskarte für den Vaporetto zu kaufen.

Children under 6 years travel for free.

Please note that this is not a direct entry ticket. You need to present your voucher (containing your PNR code) at an ACTV ticket office or machine to collect your physical ticket before travel.

While pre-booking tickets saves you from long queues, ticket collection may take 5–15 minutes depending on queues.

The pass is valid for 1, 2, 3, or 7 consecutive days from the first validation.

Redeem and activate your pass instantly at an ACTV automatic ticket machine or designated Points of Sale and Collection spots.

Tickets must be validated each time you board a Vaporetto or ACTV bus.

Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.
